On the chart, Go-Getter appears when Movement plus Speech totals 12-15, and Energy plus Attitude totals 12-15. The Overall slider is cosmetic for personality and can be set however you like.
Open the Mii personality settings and adjust Movement, Speech, Energy, and Attitude to the example setup above. You can leave Overall wherever it feels right for the character, because it is not part of the personality calculation.
